The annual Stand Out 50 recognizes leaders who demonstrate exceptional service excellence, innovative thinking and leadership that positively impacts their teams, customers and the broader service industry. Honorees are nominated by their peers and evaluated by a panel of industry judges. The 2026 awards were announced today at the Future of Field Service industry event in London.
The recognition underscores Smart Care’s approach to transforming field service by combining technical expertise and a strong frontline culture with technology, data and innovative business practices to deliver greater value for customers and employees.
Smart Care’s 2026 honorees are:
James Mylett, Chief Executive Officer, leads Smart Care’s strategic direction and continued growth, with a focus on service excellence, operational performance and customer value. A veteran of the service industry, he brings extensive leadership experience from Schneider Electric, Comfort Systems USA, Johnson Controls and Carrier Corporation.
Krishnan Narayan, Chief Technology Officer, oversees enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation initiatives across the organization, with a focus on reducing friction for technicians and improving customer outcomes.
Stephanie Bodem, General Manager of Turbo Tech, leads customer service, dispatch, field operations and billing across the company’s speed oven and specialty beverage divisions. She works closely with her teams to drive operational excellence, strengthen service delivery and provide customers with fast, seamless and reliable support.
Heather Denomme, VP of Service Operations, oversees enterprise service operations, technician performance, customer satisfaction and process development, helping improve performance for both technicians and customers across the enterprise.
Rocky Hill, AVP of Smart Care’s North Texas service and construction teams, oversees operations spanning bidding and project execution through customer partnerships, technician development, safety and P&L performance. His hands-on leadership approach is focused on delivering exceptional service, and building strong, lasting customer relationships.
