The company continues to add communities, strengthen its local team, and grow its community association management portfolio in one of Florida’s most dynamic markets.

Over the past two years, RealManage has added approximately 50 communities to its South Florida portfolio. Today, the company manages more than 200 properties across the region. That momentum continues with the addition of two significant communities: an approximately 600-unit twin-tower high-rise community in Hollywood Beach and a community with more than 1,700 units in Doral.

Originally from Venezuela, he also brings experience working across multiple international markets to his role in South Florida.
